2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I have been playing soccer since I was 4, I still can’t wait to get on the field every time. I have always dreamed of playing at the college level.
I train year-round and played High School Varsity Soccer as a Freshman, Sophomore and Junior. I was a top scoring forward. I have played on Club Level teams for the last 6 years and find that it always challenges my abilities, which I love. I am a talented player and a team leader, and I love to help motivate others. I strive to be the best at what I set out to do. I have a strong Left foot and strong right foot which is unusual but helps in many ways.
I stay focused in school maintaining a high GPA with harder classes such as AP and Honors courses. I have been awarded with several National Honor Society and Academic Scholarships and Spanish Honor Society to name a few. I volunteer in my free time assisting elementary children in sports and activities at a local school.
I have always wanted to go to a college that will continue to challenge my learning as well as use my talents to maintain my passion for the game of soccer.
