I became interested in soccer when I started middle school at the beginning of sixth grade and that has been my favorite sport till now and it’s going to be throughout my whole life. I have learned that I am very passionate about soccer. And that I can overcome whatever obstacle or any kind of injury I go through in order to play. That no matter what happens I’m always going to want to be on the field. I’ve learned that I am a leader. That I take charge and defend what’s mine. A few unique characteristics about me and that separate me from everyone else is that I see the good in every one. I’m trusting, easy to get along with, dedicated and hard working once my mind is committed. And I put my faith in something once I see the potential it has.
My academic goals for high school is to join NHS which is the national honor Society and maintain all A or AB honor roll starting junior year which is coming up. And graduate with a 4.0 GPA which I know I can do. I’d also like to graduate at the top of my class maybe not valid Victorian but I want to be up there. I am going to be up there... And my academic goals for college is to get into a good college that will challenge me. Both academically and athletically. That has what I want to major in and just a college that fits me as a person. I may not know much about colleges just yet but I’m learning and I’m going to continue to learn as I go.
The most difficult thing I had to overcome was my father's death. My family was going through a rough patch after he passed away. My mom was going in and out of the hospital and I just wasn’t in a good place in life, but I’ve come to get better. Now I’m happier than I was before. It took time to heal the pain and nothing instantly fixed it. I’m better than ever and because of that I’m looking forward to my future.
