Leanna 2016-2017 ...Personal Statement
My name is Leanna Overbeck. I am 5'10" and I weigh 155 pounds. I am a 10th Grader at Jupiter High School in Jupiter, Florida and I have a 3.5 + GPA, Class of 2021.
Last year, I played Center Defender, as a freshman, on my high schools Varsity soccer team! I was a starter and played every entire game. I also play for club as a Holding Midfielder and Center Defender in the Florida State Premier League (FSPL) for Palm Beach Gardens Predators 03 White Girls team. Last season, I scored multiple goals off of headers and free kicks. A few years ago after a right foot injury, I started using my left foot more often and now I am two footed! I am a hard worker and consider myself to be a strong athlete both physically and mentally! I have a huge presence on the field because of my height, physical strength, speed, and ability to anticipate plays.
I love playing soccer, and I hope to be able to play at the college level and be able to satisfy my academic goals.

- Coach Staci Wilson played for University of North Carolina and is a professional soccer player and was a member of the USA Women’s National Team that won the Olympic Gold Medal in 1996. Coach Wilson holds a US Soccer B-License.

Have participated in two mission trips through my church youth group. On of our mission trips was Restore through Life Teen International This past summer I was elected Tribe Chief at the all girls summer camp that I have attended for the past seven years.
