Hi, my name is Olivia Norton. I am a D1 sophomore transfer student from Middle Tennessee State University (C-USA) where I have played for the past two seasons. I played at Southern Soccer Academy (Girls Academy League) in Atlanta, Georgia before college. I rely on my speed and strong technical ability as an outside and attacking midfielder. I pride myself on my vision of the game and the ability to split opposing lines, which gives me great success as a holding midfielder. I contribute through my speed, fitness and technical ability to create chances in the box. My passion for the game began when I started playing soccer 10 years ago, and has only grown since then. I seek competitive levels of play constantly, entering challenging environments and improving from them. I'm an extremely hard-working player on and off the field, holding myself accountable in games and pushing myself in practice and individual training to improve. The balance of my academic and athletic duties is very important to me. Off of the pitch, I hold my academic standards very high. I've maintained a strong record for all 3 of my college semesters, made Dean's List my freshman year, and currently have a 3.4 GPA.
