When I think about college, I think of it as somewhere where I can further my education and play at the highest level of soccer I can. I’ve been playing soccer since I was four or five years old, and have consistently shown improvement. I’ve played in leagues in Georgia, California, and Hawaii. I’ve got international experience with playing in France, as well as being invited to Barcelona’s youth academy after completing their camp in San Francisco. I also visited England with the i2i Soccer Academy summer taster trip where I learned some invaluable information that has helped me become a better player. I’m extremely coachable, as I can conform to any position my coaches have needed. I am an extremely hard worker and will always put 100% effort into anything I put my mind to. My preferred position is the number 9, but I am versatile in that I can play the 7/11, and enjoy the fullback/wingback position as well as CDM.
In terms of academics, I’ve always excelled by getting mostly A’s, and pushing myself. I put academics before my sports because I am currently a student-athlete.
I love to travel as well, and hope to visit my ethnic country of Korea. I have aspirations to someday become a pundit/commentator for live Football (soccer) matches.
