My name is Lindsey Nihei and I am currently a senior at Iolani School in Honolulu, Hawaii and will graduate in the fall of 2022. I am looking forward to furthering my education at a school that will challenge me but allows me to continue to play the sport I love, soccer. Although this past year has been very difficult because of COVID-19 and the inability to be able to get onto the field, I have realized how grateful I am to have my family and friends constantly encouraging and supporting me. The discipline I have learned playing soccer has helped me to stay motivated to continue to achieve the goals that I have set for myself. I am staying positive that 2021 will be even better and can't wait to see what is in store for me.
