Aloha, my name is Khyrstin Kohatsu I am currently a junior at Kailua High School located in Oahu, Hawaii. Being born in to a Polynesian family is quite different compared to other people and how they were raised, things don't come easily. Having a part of an athletic and competitive family creates a mentality like no other. Sports is not only a passion of mines but it is also an outlet for me to use when I'm at low points in life.
I've played soccer since I was 6 years old and overtime had the ability to develop my skills, knowledge and game of play. I played for several clubs here on Oahu ( Honolulu Bulls, Honolulu Galaxy, Hawaii Rush and Hawaii Surf) which gave me the ability to adapt well to changes and new environments. I participated in college ID camps such as the Hawaii NO KA OI college ID camp and the Hawaii Surf college ID camp. I also was able to be apart of the Hawaii ODP 04 team for 2 years. I got selected for the west region ODP camp in 2018 which took place in Colorado. I traveled a lot but it was never for vacation it was always for either tournaments or ID camps.
What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I come with a energetic and eager attitude to win. Humbly I will say that I am athletically capable of keeping up with the big dogs. I am very vocal and like to take lead in specific circumstances. Not only will I bring my talent but i'll also bring humor and laughter to your day. There are times when I can make you laugh and there are times when I can have you amazed.
