I am exceptionally driven and love to compete.  The bigger the stage or competition, the better.  I believe you are the only limit for your goals. The road to success is hard, and it will take sacrifice and commitment.  There is no easy way to success.  
I have played nearly every major sport, but recently have settled in to just two, soccer and basketball.  In softball I was a shortstops, in track, I typically ran the 400, 800, and team relays.  
I am very team orientated, and when we play, it is my job to do everything I can to make them successful.  

I have been very academically focused since an early age.  Coming from a family of educators, the importance of education has always been highly valued.  After being identified in 2nd grade, I have been placed into advanced classes and opportunities ever since.  In Middle School, I was moved ahead a full year mathematically.  I will start taking college level classes in my junior year, although I have some dual-credit classes done already.  All that being said, I am not a perfect student and not all things come easy to me.  I do struggle at times and have to work hard to understand some of the information in my classes. I made the decision that instead of taking all easy classes and having a 4.0 GPA, I would take the hard classes now and not have the perfect GPA, but know that I had pushed myself to a higher level.  Like most students athletes, the balancing of sports and homework gets a bit tough, but I have been fortunate to work with great coaches and teachers that have always been flexible and understanding to help me.
