Hello! My name is Natalie Morrow. I am a class of 2023 student at United Township High School, and I am interested in continuing my academic and competitive soccer career at the collegiate level. I aspire to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Soccer has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. My experiences on the field have taught me many valuable life lessons that have shaped the person I am today. I am someone who is confident when exploring new situations and refining my skills, even if that means making mistakes along the way. I welcome feedback from my coaches and teammates, as I use my areas for growth to adapt my skills and strengthen my contributions. Personally, I view mistakes as the stepping stones to success, as they provide meaningful moments for self-improvement. I am a player that is able to make quick decisions based on my awareness of the play, and how to best perform to support my teammates. Overall, I work hard to best fulfill my responsibilities and accomplish practice, game, and season goals.
My work ethic in the classroom is a testament to my determination for success, as my years of hard work and willingness to reach beyond my comfort zone, have contributed to my academic achievements and goals. In the same way that I exercised my mental toughness and mindfulness in soccer, I am a student who welcomes criticism and perceives challenges as opportunities for growth. I would love to take on this next stage of life, playing the sport that I love, at an amazing institution. I hope you consider me for your program.
