Jillian Sawadski '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Jillian Sawadski and I would like to introduce myself! I am 17 years old and starting my Senior year at Prospect High School in Mount Prospect, IL.

I play club soccer for FC United out of Glenview, IL, recently voted as one of SoccerWire Top 100 Girls Soccer Clubs. We will be kicking off our Fall season in September at the SEG Chicago Cup in Vernon Hill, IL. We will have our Club vs Club matches and play in the Illinois State Cup.

For the second year in a row I was selected for the Illinois ODP State Team and participated in the June ODP State Team Event in West Chester Township, OH. I was also invited to the U.S. Youth Soccer Midwest Region ODP ID event but unfortunately was not able to attend.

Our Spring high school soccer regular season was one of the best in school history recording the most wins and shutouts in a single season. We were LSL East Division Champions for the first time since 2002. I finished the season third in goals and second in assists. I was excited to be selected to the MSL All-Conference Team, IHSA All-Sectional Team, and All-Area Team Honorable Mention.

I work extremely hard off the field, earning a 3.84/4.0 GPA (Weighted 4.21) while taking a heavy honors class load as well as a few AP classes which has earned me National Honor Society distinction. I am interested in pursuing Biology or PreMed in my collegiate studies. I also participate as a varsity cross country runner and am actively involved in the Student Leadership Council at Prospect High School.

I am very passionate about soccer and hope to be able to continue playing at the collegiate level in the future. My hope is that I can find a good fit both on and off the field success.
