Nadia Fabian '24 Recruiting Profile

My nickname is Princess Beastie or Beastie for short! I am a hybrid BEAST with strong hands and core for shot stopping, athletic for top shots, speedy and agile for diving and quick recovery, with accurate distribution and top notch foot skills that compliment any defensive back line. My Chicago Inter Coach, Neno Dautovic can attest that I am a coachable and exceptional team player that encourages, supports and motivates all. I love the beautiful game of soccer and get a THRILL out of flying, diving, stopping and saving goals! My GOAL is to DENY YOURS!

While engineering is my long-term career goal, as Ted Lasso's Dani Rojas says, "Football is Life!" and I cannot imagine my life without the beautiful game of soccer, with all the thrills of making saves, learning and growing, as well as enduring the challenges - the bumps, bruises, turf burn, blood sweat and tears that come with it!

Academically, I have a 3.6 GPA, am a NHS member in good standing, and active in several clubs and co-curriculars, including volunteering for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society-Student Visionaries of the Year. I also work part-time as a pharmacy technician. I fully understand the importance of balancing my passion for high level competitive soccer with rigorous academics. I recently won 1st place in the Paper Bridge Contest and 3rd Place in the Physics Practicum Cart Climb both in the 2024 Southwest Suburban Conference Science Competition!
