I am a senior at Providence Catholic High School in New Lenox, Illinois and I play for the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference (GCAC). I have been playing soccer since I was five years old. Since I first learned about this sport, I have aspired to play at the collegiate level. Playing at the collegiate level is a lifetime opportunity that can change my life.
I currently play for Chicago Rush South at the U19 age division at a Premier 1 division and I play for Providence Catholic girls' varsity soccer team as well.
I have strong legs and outstanding ball handling skills for both feet. I am a team leader that leads by example and positive attitude towards my coaches and teammates. I strive to be the best player on and off the field. I will give it my all to the team. I prefer to play on the left or central but will play anywhere. My main position is forward but my secondary is an outside midfielder.
Outside of soccer, I study and work hard and maintain a high GPA which is a 4.85. I am part of the National Honor Society as well. Additionally, I am a part of multiple extra curricular activities and I volunteer myself at many local events. I am also a certified referee and ref many games when I can.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself and become the best version of myself on and off the field. I am always open to all options and want to find the right college match. I will likely major in physical therapy.
I would be a great fit for your program because I am enthusiastic and I have a high work rate on and off the field. I will alwasy represent my myself, coaches, teamates, the soccer program, and the university, with the utmost respect. Not only has soccer taught me how to play the game, but it has taught me to be a hard-working, determined person.
I want to leave a legacy where I go, on and off the field, and give back to those who give to me. My parents have given me every opportunity that they can, so I want to make the most of it and make them proud.
