Since the age of eight years old, I have enjoyed traveling across the country playing soccer with different elite club teams. These experiences have made me the person that I am today. Through soccer, I have become independent and goal-oriented. Currently, I am seeking admission at a university that will provide me with opportunity play soccer competitively and study biology in order to reach my ultimate goal of becoming an orthodontist.
I am just beginning my Junior year at Guilford High School in Rockford, IL. I take school just as seriously as I do soccer and am able to maintain a high GPA while also focusing on soccer and taking time out from both to enjoy my high school experience.
I am proud and excited to have the opportunity to compete in my first season with the Elite Clubs National League. I typically contribute to the team from the forward position but I am comfortable playing multiple positions. My personal goal for this year is to continue to strengthen my technical and tactical skills while also helping to motivate my teammates to do their best by being supportive and positive during our time together. Our coach has high expectations for our team and we have set our sights on finishing first in our conference.
As I make a decision on where I would like to attend school, I want to choose a school in which I feel the coach will help me develop into an even better soccer player. Also, I really want to find a team where I feel like a part of a family.
If you have any additional questions, please feel to reach out via email.
Sincerely,
Reegan Kingpavong
