Hello Coaches, I am a 5”2 forward and attacking mid from Northern Indiana. I am a 16 year old junior. I am looking for a college to further my academic knowledge and my soccer career. I have been playing soccer since I was three years old, competing at many places and levels. I like to use my voice on the field to help my teammates understand what is coming. Through out Covid I have used my time off to keep up on my skill and start weight lifting. I would consider myself very coachable and good at taking criticism. My coaches consider me a diverse player. My Freshman season at Argos High School I made it to the Regional final. My Sophomore year I made it to Semi-State.
Athletically, I am looking for a college that will be competitive and that I will be able to make an impact on. I want to be challenged and have a team that has the mentality to always look for improvement. Academically, I want the college that I go to to be a good fit. Playing soccer has impacted my life majorly and made me who I am today. For me, soccer is a way to distress and refocus myself.
After my Sophomore season I started to practice with the South Bend Lions. Playing with that team was very different from what I was used to. That was my first time since second grade that I had to play with a whole new group of girls. It was a great experience for me and I liked the aspect of getting out of what I am used to. I also think that it greatly expanded my skill level. With that team we did a lot of training and played one game. I had a lot of fun playing and as that came to an end my travel season was starting up.
