Personal Statement

  • I have been playing soccer since I was four years old and have always had immense love for the sport. I enjoy the competition and teamwork most. Through playing soccer I have learned that if you really want something, you have to give 110 percent to achieve your goal. Soccer has taught me to be motivated, hard working, and determined. As a Captain on my high school team I also have the opportunity to grow as a leader.

  • My dad has played or coached professional football my entire life. He is currently Offensive Coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts. Through his passion for sports I learned what it means to really push myself to compete and hope for the opportunity to continue to do this at the next level. I ran track to further increase my speed as a soccer player and also played basketball until the schedule became too much of a conflict for my academic and soccer goals.

  • I have used my parental influences and the work ethic that I have developed through soccer  to help me maintain over a 4.1 GPA with mostly Honors and AP Classes at Carmel High School while balancing leadership roles, such as Teen President of Jack and Jill of America, Indianapolis Chapter. I am on track to graduate with an Honors Diploma. I look forward to  furthering my education with a concentration in Pre Medicine in college with hopes of eventually becoming a plastic surgeon.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
