Zoey Wells '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal as a soccer player is to make it to the next level. I am currently a high school senior who is looking to play in college and move on from there. I believe what makes me a good candidate for any team is my ability to be coached, my work ethic, and my leadership. I believe what makes me different from other recruits is that I want whatever is best for the team to win as well as my speed and strength. I also believe that in my character I always strive to outwork others and be the best I can be. I am a multi sport athlete as well that has allowed me to have many different perspectives for my role as a teammate. For in soccer I have been a varsity player since freshman year, and starter since my sophomore year. I see myself in soccer as a leader and an impact for my team. Yet in basketball I am much more of a role player. I get put in for my defense and do as I am told. I player for Crown Point who made it to semi state this year and we won state in 2021. And playing for a great team with amazing players has limited my time. But no matter what I will do what the team and coaches need me to do so we win. But when it comes to myself, I will always put the extra work in whether its the field or the weightroom. I strive to be the best. I am also a student athlete who takes multiple DC and AP classes with a 4.17 gpa. Overall I think I would be a great accessory to any team and I am always looking to improve. Thanks!
