Emma Phillips '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was four years old and I have always wanted to develop my talent and strive to be an integral part of any team.  Being invited to the U.S. Soccer U-15 National Team Training Camp in March, 2018 was an awesome honor and I was both humbled and excited about the opportunity to train with the best.  I had previously been selected as an 8th grader to attend the US Club Soccer ID2 Camp, which was also a great experience.  I feel that being captain of my team in the past has given me an opportunity to grow as a leader.  I have played volleyball, basketball and track and field during my middle school years and I was honored to be a captain on the U-15 Eclipse Select Soccer Club Development Academy team in the U.S. Soccer DA's inaugural year.  This year I am captain of the U-16 Eclipse Select ECNL team.

I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically.  I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.
