My name is Madison Cook and I am an extremely dedicated and hardworking athlete from Whitby, Ontario. Since the age of 4, I have been playing soccer, and I am always working to better myself and improve my skills. I have a strong passion for playing soccer and staying physically fit. I’m quick on my feet, which helps me excel playing outside midfielder. I have been playing competitive soccer for over 6 years, and been on OPDL (Highest level of play in province) , and DRSL (Durham Region Soccer League). Currently, I am taking an Athlete Specialist High Skills Major course (SHSM) at my school to build my athletic ability even more, and improve my collaboration, leadership and self-discipline. My academics are strong, and my strong sense of motivation and positive attitude make me an ideal athlete to coach. I have dreams to play soccer at a University, and have aspirations to become a nurse in the future, as I believe one of the greatest gifts one can have is saving another's life. Currently, I am working hard training with my team, and preparing for my final year of high school. I hope you take my profile into consideration. I am open to all opportunities.
