I have been playing soccer since I was 8 years old. I joined the local rec league and was coached under my grandfather who played professionally in Mexico City. In 2016 I joined Iowa Rush North where I am coached by a Division II coach.
I also am interested in running Track. In my 7th and 8th grade seasons, I placed mostly first in every event. I ran the open 100, 200 and 400M and Long Jump. My middle school times would have qualified me for the Drake Relays and middleSchool and high school State Track. As a freshman I am hoping to fill the hole of the graduated senior for the winning 4 x 1 and 4 x 4 relays. During middle school I also played basketball and was a member of Honor Choir.
I would love to have the opportunity to play both sports in college and know that realistically doing both would be a challenge but it's a challenge that I'm willing to take on.
