My strengths as a soccer player aren’t always easy to see. I’m not incredibly fast, I don’t have a super powerful jump, or beautiful free kick. What I do have is my technique, intelligence, and instincts. I’m a fighter and I will do whatever it takes to climb to the top, even if I have to crawl my way there.
I am constantly looking for ways to improve my own game and capitalize on the weaknesses of my opponents. My strong soccer IQ (which I gained from reading books and watching games) allows me to come up with solutions for any obstacle thrown at me, and my technical skills allow me to execute those solutions.
No matter what style your team plays, every team needs a smart and technical midfielder running the show, and that is exactly what I do. I have experience in every position and have played in too many formations to count. I can adapt to any speed of play and any style, as long as I know the why behind it all. I’m selfish enough to take shots for myself, but smart enough to understand when a better opportunity can come from elsewhere. I have killer instincts, and I understand that in order to be the best you have to beat the best.
I've dedicated myself to this sport, and my goal is to take it as far as I possibly can.
