Eleanor Quinlan '23 Recruiting Profile

When I was 9 years old, I fell in love with soccer! So many of my friends were playing, so I decided to give it a try. Through the sport of soccer, I have discovered that I am a natural leader, and have used that trait to lead my team to victories.  I know now that you do not have to be the best player on the team, you just have to be willing to put in the work.  I am determined to put that same effort into my academics, which will provide me a greater opportunity for college. One of the biggest obstacles I was forced to overcome was the fact that I started playing soccer 4-5 years after most of my teammates.  It was a challenge to keep up with their technical skills, but I was determined to work hard and close the gap.  One of my unique characteristics is that I am very verbal on the field. If you ever have the opportunity to watch me, then you will definitely hear me giving guidance and support to my teammates. I am committed, determined, and very coachable.
