I am a 5’1’ center midfielder from Lafayette, Louisiana. I currently have a 4.28 gpa and a 33 ACT composite score. I have taken college level courses every year in high school and I am part of the Academic Gifted program and Health Academy Program at Lafayette High School. I have played competitive soccer at Dynamo Juniors since 2011 and I started varsity at Lafayette High School freshman year. I have been captain of my competitive soccer team for 7 years now and was captain of my high school team this past year as a Junior and now as a senior.
I had a total ACL repair surgery in November 2018 and I have worked extremely hard to come back better than before. I have more love for the game than I’ve ever had before and I believe through perseverance through this experience I am a stronger player mentally and physically. I am extremely dedicated to bettering myself and pushing myself on and off the field and I pride myself on being a good leader who can lift up their teammates in good and bad situations.
I am very competitive and I am looking for a school that is competitive in their division and a strong academic institution. My goal is to make an impact as soon as I can, but I understand the hard work that comes with earning a spot. I plan on pursuing a major of biology and possibly a double major. Then I plan on continuing my education by earning a doctorate in Physical Therapy or Osteopathic Medicine.
