My name is Kiley Rourke, class of 2022. I am a 5'8 holding and attacking midfielder from Shreveport, Louisiana. I play club for CABOSA, Shreveport United Soccer Club as well as Renegades 03 ECNL. My 4th year as a starting varsity player will begin in October and I will maintain as joint captain for the 3rd year for Captain Shreve High School. I am a dominant right footed player, however I am comfortable with and often use both feet.
I have played soccer since I was three years old, and began playing competitively a year early with the 03 age group at the age of eight. Throughout my soccer career I have never made a second team. I work hard in season and during the off season to help secure my spot on the A team as a starter and contributor to the game. In the 13 years I have been playing, I have had the chance to play every position, and know the roles each position needs to fulfill regardless of the formation being played. I enjoy playing anywhere on the field, however the past few years I have mainly played the 6, 8, or 10 for both my club and high school teams.
I am a leader both on and off the field, when practicing and playing I look to encourage my teammates to push themselves. I was voted in to the captain position as a sophomore, by my teammates and coaches on my varsity high school team.
My GPA is 4.87 and I have been taking AP classes to help myself get better acquainted with what a college level course is like. I am thinking of studying history, pre-law, or education and would love the opportunity to continue playing soccer at the collegiate level.

- 1st time in CABOSA history for one of their teams to make it to Nationals and our team is ready to represent Shreveport while in Colorado. Our team has worked hard to get to this point and Coach Gil has helped us and trained us every step of the way.

- Our first game we came out strong and won 4-0, and I had the opportunity to score a pk for the fourth and final goal. Our second game was a tough loss against a hard fought team, losing 1-0 from a goal early in the second half. Our third game was an amazing game, that resulted in a tie, 1-1, which helped put us in a good position going into the quarterfinals.

- The Palestine tournament was a huge success for my Captain Shreve High School soccer team! Although we lost our first game of the tournament 1-0, we came out strong our other four games of the tournament. Advancing to the finals, we played hard, and played one of our best games as a team. With about twenty minutes left, we were tied 1-1, when one of my teammates went down in the box, and we were granted a penalty kick. I took the pk and after that goal, my teammates and I kept up the intensity and kept the result 2-1 for our school's first women's soccer tournament first place trophy!

- Great opportunity down south playing some great competition, as we edge closer and closer into playoff season! We may not have gotten the results we wanted, but we worked hard as a team, and caught a good glimpse of what our playoff competition may be.

- Participating in our own tournament, the Captain Shreve lady gators made it to the semi final game, however we sadly lost 1-0.

- First tournament with my 2019-2020 Varsity team at Captain Shreve High School was a successful weekend. I had the opportunity to play the 6 and the 8 in our four games. We tied both games on Friday, November 29th and won both of our games on Saturday, November 30th. Finished in fifth place after a 2-0 win over Alexandria High School.

- This camp was a very useful experience, getting to meet and interact with many different college coaches and play alongside other girls from around the country was a great experience. I hope to get another opportunity to attend an EXACT camp and possibly visit some specific college ID camps this coming summer.
