I have been playing recreational soccer since I was 9 years old, winning the city championships from 2009-2011, and in 2016. My step-father, Scott Macfarlane has coached me since I started playing and has always been here to support me through everything. From our previous outdoor season, we won the city championships 3-0, and I hope to win the championships in my current indoor season, as we just recently received the silver medal in our tournament, as we lost 3-2. I believe that I have a positive attitude on and off the field and I am constantly looking for ways to improve my position because I think there is always room for improvement. In practice I play as if it is a game, because in order to play better in a game, you have to practice as if it is a game, I excel in math and science related topics and I always enjoy a challenge.
My dream is to do the things I am passionate about. I have been passionate about soccer since my foot first kicked a ball. My inspiration is the national men's soccer team's goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer. I aspire to be like him and never give up. I am very passionate not only about the sport itself, but especially my position as goalkeeper.
