Julia Lebron-Echandy '23 Recruiting Profile

I have always loved being a part of a team! Ever since I was little, I remember being on the field, and having fun with my teammates. As I grew older, so did my love for soccer. It became apparent to me that I wanted to play in college.

 Throughout my seven years of playing soccer, I have discovered a lot about the game, and myself. My soccer IQ, and skills have developed, but I also realized that I thrive in a team environment where I can lead, and help others, but also go to teammates when I need help. Additionally, I’ve learned how to discipline myself, how to focus, and put my best foot forward on the field, and in the classroom. I’m looking for a college that has a fairly equal balance between soccer, and school. I want to pursue something that I love, which is sports. I’m interested in sports science, kinesiology, sports psychology or sport management. I constantly want to learn more in order to push myself to be the best athlete I can be, and accomplish all the goals I set my mind to. I will strive to be a diligent student-athlete that will proudly represent my school!
