Abigail Cianciolo '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing soccer since I was five years old and it's had a huge impact on my life. On the field is where I'm happiest, where I've met my closest friends, and where I've learned the most (except school of course). I'm naturally a pretty quiet person, but soccer has given me the confidence to speak up and support my teammates. I'm now a captain on my club and high school teams. This has also translated to the classroom where I am an A student and was awarded the Rachel Carson Healthy Planet Award. In college, I'm looking forward to studying Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering. Of course, I hope to continue playing soccer as well. I'm focused on finding the right school that is a great academic fit where I can also, hopefully, continue playing the game I love.
