My long term dream is to either play in college (maybe pro in NWSL) or get a job in the medical field. I would love to work in the medical field because from having injuries in soccer, I have always been fascinated by how the doctors treat patients and their injuries. I always love being in a position to help others. Even in the sport of soccer, I love helping my teammates get better. Meanwhile, they are also helping me be a stronger, better soccer player. Even after soccer, I want to help others in my job. I am interested in a school that mentally challenges me and socially stimulates my interests. I am also interested in attending a school with an athletic program that is very competitive. I have a passion for the competitive world. I am already competing and performing outstandingly at a highly competitive high school. Soccer is a sport I enjoy and I hope to have a chance to play at a college/professional level soon. Among my peers, I am a leader; I am dynamic, quick, versatile, and able to play multiple positions well. Being a fast learner, I add a lot of stuff to a team! At the moment, I am being thrown around to different positions such as outside back, outside mid, striker, and I can also play center back and center mid as well. I mostly play outside back and outside mid and I have a lot of assists. From the past couple games we have had, I have had about 1-2 assists per game. I also feel that I am a very good passer. I use give-and-go’s a lot during games especially when I play outside back and outside mid. Passing to the center mid helps me a lot so I can pass them the ball, and we do a give-and-go, so they give it to me and I can dribble down the field to the corner flag for a cross, and someone can volley it in, and I have an assist. I am very selfless and have put my team ahead of me so that my team as a whole will thrive. I also have straight A’s in school that I think will extremely help me academically to be a better athlete than others. Although some students are athletes, they should be doing just as well in school as in soccer. As my basketball coach once told me, “Student comes before athlete in student-athlete. If you can’t fulfill the student part, it’s not going to help you in any way in the athlete part.”
