As long as I could remember I have always loved the game of soccer. I started playing soccer when I was five years old. I aspired to pay college soccer when I first saw the Boston College Women's soccer play. I wanted to play at the collegiate level so I started club soccer in 4th grade playing for the FC Bolts. Now playing at Club level at NEFC and playing for my high school, Cambridge Rindge and Latin I have developed into a strong forward. I have always had a drive for scoring goals along with working hard. I am never willing to give up and I am constantly asking myself and coaches how I could improve my soccer skills.
My unique characteristic is that on average I score 1-2 goals per game. Additionally I am a leader on the field always pushing my teammates, allowing them to get better and having a presence on the field with my voice. I have ball handling skills on both my left and right feet. I am also fast and will always finish on breakaways. Lastly, I am always willing to learn new soccer skills even if it is learning a new trick to try when taking on defenders. I am also very coachable according my trainer Adrian Kawuba and I strive to be the best.
When I am not playing soccer I maintain a high GPA average of 3.7. I also push myself academically taking college credit and honors classes as a junior. I experienced transferring schools which allowed me to learn about being in different environments. I am very committed to my work and will ask for help when needed. Just like soccer I want to be as successful as I can be.
I am open to any college but I want to compete at a high level of soccer while having challenging classes. My intention is to be a vet when I grow up. I want to find the right college that has a major relating to my interest but also want a college where I can play competitive soccer.
