My name is Olivia Siwicki, and I am a dedicated soccer player, athlete and scholar. I am a starter on the North Andover Varsity High School Soccer team, and compete on a National level with my club soccer team, New England Surf. Along with soccer, I participate on the Varsity Indoor & Outdoor track teams, which help build a strong cardiovascular foundation and keep me fit for my position. I was also a runner up in the State Meet for the Pentathlon in track, which qualified me for the All State Meet. With this score I got the school record for the Pentathlon just as a Freshman. I am very well rounded and easy to work with, as I can confidently play multiple positions. My favorites however, are Center Back and Outside Back. I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old, and have loved the game ever since. Growing up in a competitive, hard working environment has shaped me to be the person that I am and shown me how to be a better teammate, person, and athlete. I would love to go to a college where I can play soccer with a team who is focused, successful, and positive. My goals for college consist of doing well on my soccer team, yet also staying committed to my academics and school work. My skills of cooperativeness, diligence, perseverance, and passion have all been developed and refined throughout my school and athletic careers. I am able to manage a busy schedule consisting of school, clubs, extra curriculars, and volunteer work, while also succeeding at soccer at the high school, club, and national levels. I believe I would be a great candidate for a collegiate soccer team as I am very aggressive, athletic, have a positive mindset, and am always on task. My background as a top Massachusetts state track pentathlete shows my versatility and strength which help on the soccer field. On the field, I always stay calm under pressure, have accurate and effective ball movement, and am aggressive in winning balls/tackles. I would love to be considered for a Collegiate Soccer program and would be very honored to meet coaches and attend camps with coaches who feel my skills would be a match.
