Avery Masch '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Avery Masch, I have played soccer my whole life and I plan on taking it as far as I can.

My primary position is Center Back and I enjoy being able to direct my team from a position where I can see the whole field. My secondary positions include Outside Back and Forward (mainly winger). Though I don’t get to play these positions often, they are a great opportunity for me to showcase my speed down the field as well as my ability to crash the net. However, I have experience in all positions and I am always willing to play and contribute wherever I am needed.

I am extremely hard working, dedicated to the sport, and aggressive. I am very coachable and constantly looking for new ways to improve. I try to make a habit of asking my coach what I can do better after games and try to improve on those things on my own.

One of the biggest accomplishments I have had so far has been that I missed the cut off by one person to be all state in grade 9.
