Teresa Ashbrook '21 Recruiting Profile

When I was 8 yrs old, I saw my sister playing soccer and asked my parents to sign me up! Soon after that I started playing soccer and immediately fell in love with it. One skill I got over my years of playing was a strong desire to succeed and be the best I can be.  Additionally, I learned that I am a positive player and show optimism throughout all parts of a match no matter what. Throughout my years of playing I have learned the value of time and stress management, teamwork and respect of teammates and coaches.

Academics are a very important part of my life. I have always been successful in the classroom and I enjoy learning new things. For the rest of my high school career I hope to continue getting A's and I would like to continue to keep my GPA up.  I am very excited to be looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I believe I am ready and to be a great player on your team!
