Taylor Canamore '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a well rounded and highly competitive soccer player, looking for a college where I can live out my dreams of playing womens college soccer. While getting my bachelors degree. I want to play on a team where we are a team off and on the field. To build a sisterhood. I play defense outside back. As well as a Foward. I have played varsity every year since my freshman year. When I first started to play soccer at the age of 4 I was a striker until the age of 10. I started to play travel soccer at the age of 10 and my coach wanted me to try and play defense. I was very hesitant at first. I grew to absolutely love it. All of my coaches will tell you I am very coachable. I am now back to playing Forward as well as Outside Back. I am very excited about this. I love being able to play both sides of the field. I give everything I have into soccer. I am a leader on and off the field. I have been selected as captain on my travel teams, as well as my high school team. I was chosen that by my coaches and my peers. I play soccer year-round. After outdoor season, I play indoor. Sometimes I am on 3 different leagues for indoor. My teammates will tell you that I am always there to cheer them on. Help teach them when they are struggling. As well as always having a positive attitude. I have started on my varsity team since I was a freshman in high school. I am currently a junior this year. I look forward to seeing where I can take my soccer journey and meeting each and everyone one of you.
