Erynn Miller '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi coaches! My name is Erynn Miller.

I’ve loved the game ever since my parents put me in a little rec league when I was 4 years old. For many of those years, I doubted myself because I didn’t see people who looked like me playing the sport, so much so that I wanted to quit. But as years passed I learned that nothing in life worth having is earned the easy way. Sometimes doors have to be opened that have never been opened before and paths that have never been walked have to be walked. My goal as a college athlete is to not only raise expectations for whatever college I go to, but to be able to lead my team to meet those expectations consistently. If given the opportunity to lead my team, we will win a championship, and if not that, then we will be a competitive team to be reckoned with. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a hard worker, devoted, committed, and will give my all in between the lines on the field. I am different from all the other recruits because I will never quit on the field, I am a leader, and I understand the game and what it takes to win. Academically, I'm at the top of my class and I am as committed to my school work as I am to soccer. In terms of character there is no one like me. I am willing to do what it takes to become the best and I will do the work necessary, not only on the field, but off the field too. Once I set a goal, I am focused until the goal has been met.
