My name is Maddie Leet and my aspiration is to be able to pursue soccer at the collegiate level of play. I attend Unity Catholic High School in Burnsville, MN and I am currently a rising junior this year. I play for Lakeville Soccer Club and St. Croix Lutheran Academy in fall high school season as our school’s Co-op.
For 12 years, I have played and fallen in love with the game of soccer. On my club and high school team, I always strive to contribute my all and use my competitiveness to empower and encourage my teammmates on and off the field. My position, Center Midfielder, is a position that I am very passionate about. I enjoy using my passing and technical skills to help control and support the flow of game from the center of the field. I am highly motivated and committed to help lead others to succeed. I firmly believe that the game and preparation needed to play is both a physical and mental test. I make effort to get in extra touches and training to continue to improve on both of these aspects. The game teaches the value of hard work, discipline, teamwork, and respect. Attributes such as these have aided me on my journey so far as both a athlete and student. I am a committed and dedicated student that works to give my 110% in academic studies and performance. In the future, I hope to major in the fields of Criminology or Pyschology.
