My name is Jamie Kerkvliet. I am a 2022 goalkeeper from Otsego, Minnesota. I play soccer for Rogers High School and for Minnesota Thunder Academy. My collegiate goal is to play soccer at a school that fits best for me. I want to be an influential person to my team and school. I also want to be a role model for future generations. I aspire to major in sports medicine or exercise science. With my degree I would like to become a physical therapist. The key characteristics I possess include my ambition, positive attitude, and leadership skills both on and off of the field. I am able to problem solve and adapt in the moment. As a goalkeeper the qualities I bring to the team include guided communication, ball distribution and field vison. In school I am a hands on learner, I work well in groups, and I am very sociable. I enjoy seeking further explanation on interesting topics. I look forward to becoming student athlete and pursuing my career aspirations in the future.
