I have loved soccer ever since I was three years old. I continue to have an ongoing passion and motivation to continue in my soccer career as I cannot imagine my life without it. I have several goals, much of them contain me growing as an athlete and my growing of character. I also have many goals for college regarding academics, athletics, and my character. My goals for college are to attend a school that can match my academic goals as well as being part of a competitive soccer team. I would also like to get a degree to become a veterinarian and to try to grow both as an athlete and as a person over my college career. I believe having a strong work ethic and wanting to become a better athlete is an essential part of playing collegiate soccer. That is why I believe that I am a fit for your team. I am already working toward my goals as an athlete and as a student. I also love the idea of getting better for myself so that I can be better for my team. School is also an essential part of my life and I believe that school should be put first. What I think makes me different from other recruits is, academically, I am an A student with a 4.05 GPA and I am a member of the National Honors Society. As an athlete, I am competing at the highest level for my age group and I'm participating in various tournaments/showcases. As for my character, I have good sportsmanship and I respect everyone that is on my team. I try to be inclusive if someone new is on our team so that she can feel welcome. Overall, I think that I could be an excellent candidate for your team and I thank you for taking the time to read this.
