My whole life I have had the competitive edge on my shoulder, but at the same time I am a big team player. I've imagined for years what it will feel like when I can step onto a field as a college athlete and get to play for the school on my jersey; building new relationships with girls from a wide variety of places. One of the best ways to show your love for your school is to be involved, that being said I want to find a school where I show that on the soccer field, in the classroom and around campus.
Playing midfield, I see the whole field and communicate to my team. I am able to demonstrate my leadership skills as captain on my competitive travel club team and in my role on student leadership team in my high school. I come ready to play and spend the time necessary off the field to improve as a player through personal training sessions with my athletic trainer and my club practices. Even though you may not win them all, I believe in always giving full effort. I'm 5'9 weighing 130 pounds, using this to my advantage I have good endurance and strength.
Not only am I strong on the field I am very strong academically in the classroom with a current 3.6 GPA, taking advanced and dual credit courses with plans to pursue a career in the health profession with my college degree.
