As a student-athlete, education is most important. My collegiate goal is to be able to successfully manage my academic, athletics, and personal pursuits. Due to this, finding a school with a healthy balance of both education and athletics is extremely important. As a student I take all the honors and AP classes that I can. I believe the key to success lies not in luck or sheer talent but through a strong work ethic and willingness to learn (however, luck is not unappreciated). I am unsure of what subject(s) I would like to study in college as my interests range from art to history and science. Through soccer I have learned that struggles continue off the field. Physical therapy appointments and doctors visits have showed me the importance of taking care of your body through a healthy diet and a diverse work out routine. For soccer I hope to find not only a position on a team but also a healthy and cooperative environment. I play soccer for many reasons, it is mentally challenging with both a fast moving pace and a need to be spatially aware. Soccer is also a great place to create bonds with people who share a similar interest and work ethic. For a soccer program I offer strong technical ability, efficient communication skills, great anticipation, and the motivation to learn.
