Marissa Sage 2023...Personal Statement
My mom said that when she found out she was having a girl, she started dreaming about the day she would watch me on the basketball and volleyball court. I had other plans. Soccer, to be exact. This game has fueled me for the past 10 years and will continue to do so for many more to come. I do and will work hard for my coaches and my teammates. I've been saying that playing college soccer is my goal since I started playing and I'm working to make that a reality--by putting in the time and dedication it takes to be a player ready to make an impact.
