I am looking to play collegiate soccer at a highly selcrtcive academic institution with a competieve soccer program.
I am a Center Back, but also play center mid, specifically the 6. I am one of two captains on my club team. I also made Varsity my freshmen year, starting and playing full games as we won states that year. This year I was just awarded 1st team all conference as a sophomore. As a junior I received 2nd team all conference and will now be a captain of the team next year. In the back I'm a very reliable player winning majority of my 1v1's, and I also provide advantages transitioning into offense from my well read of the game. I'm an aggressive player who first wins the ball and then loves to get into the attack!
Academically, I have mainly A's in a variety of AP, honors, and CP classes.
As a person I am a natural leader on and off the field, and have a very competitive drive. I have a high work rate and one thing that sets me apart from others, is the fact that I won't give up. During any game, play, or practice I will not give up and I give full effort at all times. I have a lot of grit which I feel is something you can't teach. And I have a strong mentality which benefits me athletically and overall in life.
