Tayanis Torres '18 Recruiting Profile

      I believe one of my main strengths as a varsity player is that I have an understanding of the game. By this I mean that I'm able to see what is happening during a play and alter my position throughout the game. Since I have the ability to read a play, my speed isn't always recognizable during the game. Recently to improve my speed I have added more sprints instead of cardio, during my runs. My goal for this season is to end with a winning season and to put the ball in the back of the net more as a team.  As an athlete I feel that in order to be able to be in an athletic program one must have good grades. Which is why, I have a 4.3 weighted GPA and ranked 22 of my class.
