For me soccer isn't just a sport or something I have to do, it's my passion and I'm the best version of myself when I'm on the pitch doing what I love most. When I think of my future I see myself playing a high-level of soccer throughout college. I've been team captain of my club team for the past 6 years. Year after year my coach and teammates reelect me, which speaks highly to my character, work ethic, and leadership. Not only does my attitude help me stand out amongst other players, but also technically my willingness and sucsessfullness in taking players on 1v1. I play on the STA 2005 Girls Academy team where I primarily play attacking center mid or on the wing where my speed and field vision also help me find great success. Off the field, I maintain a weighted GPA of 5.1 and take all AP classes. In college I hope to study sports journalism or media because of my passion for writing, public speaking, and athletics. Overall, I aspire to play collegiate soccer in a competitive environment that will help me grow as a player and person and set me up for a successful future.
