As a 2027 Freshman at Rutgers Prep High School and a dedicated Varsity Soccer Goalkeeper, I am thrilled to share with you my collegiate goals and aspirations. My name is Aliya Davis, and I am not just a goalkeeper but also a full-time player at the Player Development Academy (PDA, ECNL). My dream is to attend a prominent university known for producing successful professionals while also nurturing individual talents and encouraging students to advocate for themselves. I am passionate about becoming a criminal defense attorney, with a focus on defending those who are wrongfully accused of crime and conviction. What sets me apart as a candidate for your team is my unwavering commitment to learning and development. I believe that there is always room for growth and improvement, and I strive to continuously better myself both on and off the field. 

My teammates have always admired and respected my leadership abilities, which I have cultivated over the years as a goalkeeper. In addition to my athletic and academic achievements, I am also a passionate advocate for special needs individuals. As a big sister to my little brother, who is autistic and developmentally delayed, I have firsthand experience in understanding and supporting individuals with unique needs. This has shaped me into a compassionate and empathetic individual, both on and off the field. As a high-achieving honor roll student, I am dedicated to excelling in my studies and approaching challenges with determination and resilience. I believe in the power of education to create positive change in the world, and I am committed to using my academic achievements to make a difference in the lives of others.
