Hi! My name is Kim Dalessio and I attend Immaculata High School. I am a 2024 Center Back, having started on the Immaculata's women's varsity soccer team in each of my first three years of high school. I am also captain for my club team, The Football Academy of NJ Girls 2006 Black team, which is a National League P.R.O. team.
As a player, I am easily coachable, communicative as a leader, and competitive and physical in my position. These physical traits have led me to succeed in my position, because it demands a physical, competitive, and highly focused and smart player. My communication and leadership qualities have given me the ability to lead my team through tough games and adversity, to be able to put the success of the team as a top priority, and most importantly it has taught me to take responsibility.
As a student and member in my community, I bring my same work ethic and attitude as I do on the field. In the classroom, I am utterly determined to challenge myself, which I do by taking all honors and AP classes and earning high grades in addition to maintaining an outstanding GPA throughout my high school journey so far. Along with soccer, academic excellence has always been one of my top priorities. In addition to academics, I am involved with my community, spending my free time giving to others. I not only spend my time doing service at my high school, but I also coach younger kids at my soccer club, which has helped me even more in developing a stronger love for the game.
I am excited to find a college that will challenge my athletic abilities, but also would be a great fit for me academically. I would love to find a place that can value my qualities and abilities. I am prepared to work hard, face adversities to grow stronger as a player, and continue to love the sport.
