Additional Position Information: While my primary position is Outside Back, I am one of the most versatile players on my team and also play various attacking positions (the 9, 10) as well as the 6. You can see my positional flexibility from my highlight films and watching me live on the pitch.
Personal Statement:
Hello,
I am a student-athlete at Kent Place School and a member of the FC Copa Academy 06 National League Pro Team.
I have many goals that I hope to achieve at the collegiate level. These goals include pursuing my academic interests (business, world history, and language), continuing to play sports at an elite level, and building my leadership skills.
I began playing soccer when I was three years old. I would do a clinic every weekend in the park near my house. Ever since then, I have developed a love for the game of soccer. I love soccer because of the feeling I get when I am on the field. The feeling when you shut down an attacker, the feeling when you beat a defender 1v1, the feeling when you take a good shot into the corner, and the feeling of playing the sport I love with my teammates. That is why I love soccer.
I am a strong leader and I encourage my teammates to work their hardest and do their best no matter what happens on the field. I have the ability to bring different types of people together and I have been told that I have been able to connect teammates together to build that strong bond that every team needs. I do well in school because I am a dedicated worker and I carry this mentality over to soccer as well. One of the highest remarks that I have gotten from all my coaches is that I am an extremely coachable player. I take their feedback and I apply to my gameplay and my skill set.
