Soccer has been the biggest part of my life for as long as I can remember. Soccer has made my life better in so many ways because it has allowed me to learn how to work with others both as a manager and captain. My freshman year I was unable to play so I became a manager that helped the coach set up drill, write game stats, and listen to the comments my coach made throughout the game. This allowed my understanding of the game to grow which helped me the nest year when I tried out and became a captain on the varsity soccer team my sophomore year. As a captain of my team I had to set an example for the other girls by working hard both on and off the field. Soccer is such an important part of my life I am not ready to give it up.
