Hi my name is Emily Walters. Ever since I was a little kid at the age of 5 I had a love for soccer. I have known for a long time that I wanted to play college soccer and I have worked hard everyday to get the chance to be looked at and be trusted by a coach to put me on their team. I played recreational soccer from age 5 until 7th grade when I made the local travel team in my city. I started at one club and the next year I found my next club that I am currently playing at and I have loved it ever since. If you ask any of my teammates, coaches, friends, or family they will all most likely describe me as a person who never gives up, a hard worker, a friend, and a person that they can always come to, to talk with. Soccer has not always been easy for me as I have dealt with some difficult injuries but I have always come back from them because I can never be away from the game for too long. Soccer is my passion and I have never stopped loving it. I may not be the strongest, fastest, or the best out of everyone but I will always work as hard as I can to prove myself and to fight for what I want.
