Elizabeth Elliott '22 Recruiting Profile

I find writing a personal statement awkward, mostly because I’m naturally aloof. Once I choose my path, however, I make the best friend, have high ethics, and work hard to reach my goals. My coaches have often told me how I was an ideal player due to my determination and desire to follow their instruction.

I’ve always known soccer. My mother is from Colombia, and most of my family, on her side, are here in the States. There was always European or S. American Futbol events central to our family gatherings. From an early age, I was exposed, and it just stuck. I’ve played every season of every year since age 6.

I haven’t figured everything out just yet, but Life Sciences seem to be my calling. Of course, if I can figure out how to stay young and have a career that I’m passionate about, then all I would need is travel to have my ideal life.
