I am Lyla Gilsdorf and I am a 2028 midfielder. I want to play soccer at the collegiate level. I put forth my best effort in everything I do. My teachers and coaches often describe me as passionate and say I do a great job of advocating for myself. I am coachable and I enjoy hearing constructive criticism. I am always open to other thoughts and ideas. I play club soccer and in the fall I plan on playing soccer at Springfield High School. I have a healthy school and sports balance. I have maintained a 4.0 in honors classes while playing two sports. Choosing a school that supports my soccer goals, as well as my academic goals is important to me. I am excited about joining a college team in the future.
