Hi, my name is Madeleine Oehlers. I am now 16 going in my junior year and graduating in the year 2023. I played and started Varsity since my freshman year at Springfield High School and I am the captain of my club team, FC United (out of New Carlisle, OH). I now work one-on-one with a trainer and play indoor soccer on winter off-seasons.
I had a 4.0 in my sophomore year and plan to keep up with my grades junior year. Although it is early, I am interested in pre-med or mathematics as college majors and am looking for both a competitive soccer program and a strong academic institution.
As a student and athlete, I am a hard worker, organized, and independently driven. As a soccer player, I primarily play attacking and defensive mid, but am flexible in my range of positions. Coaches and trainers consistently tell me that I am a fast learner and very coachable. On the field, not only am I tall, strong, and fast, but I am a smart player who always wins the ball and will never give up.
Thank you for your consideration.
